December 4: Afternoon Performance

Please bring a folding music stand! Dress in festive holiday colors!
DIRECTIONS: From Rt. 80 east bound take exit 307 (Park Ave. & Rt. 611). At the end of ramp, turn right onto 611 South. Travel 1/2 mile (following bend to the left) then Turn right onto 191 South. Make first right at top of the mountain onto Stroudsmoor Road. From Rt. 80 west bound take exit 307 and follow 191 South. Make right at top of the mountain onto Stroudsmoor Road.

December 13: Christmas String-Along Performance

December 13, 2011 from 7:00 to 7:45 pm.

The Pocono Junior String Orchestra instrumentalists will be performing traditional Christmas carols. All string players from elementary through senior high school as well as adults are invited to join with us for an evening of festive music! Music will be provided. Please bring your instrument and a folding music stand.
Dress in festive holiday colors! Report to Grace Park Retirement Community at 6:30 p.m.
If you are not currently a member of the PYO and would like to participate, please call the Pocono Youth Orchestra directors, Anthony and Audrey Simons at (610) 965-0268.

DIRECTIONS: Take the Main St. Stroudsburg exit off Rt. 80. Follow Main St. toward downtown Stroudsburg. Grace Park will be on your left. Parking is at rear of building.

January 7 & 8: Winter Concert
Winter Concert, 7:30 p.m. & 3:00 p.m.
Cecilia S. Cohen Recital Hall, East Stroudsburg University.

DIRECTIONS: Route I-80, exit 308. At end of exit ramp turn right on Prospect Street. Go past two traffic lights, then right on Normal Street (campus entrance). Follow signs on Normal Street for Fine and Performing Arts building.

January 7th DRESS REHEARSAL: Wear casual clothes
PJSO: 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. (report at 9:45 a.m.)
PYO Full Orchestra: 11:30 - 1:30 p.m. (report at 11:15 a.m.)
